A few weeks ago, I got a chance to photograph The Lonely Parade, an emerging band of young women from Peterborough, Ontario. They have been named Emerging Artist of the Peterborough Folk Festival and they’ll be opening for one of Guelph’s best bands, The Constantines, to launch the festival in late August.

I was lucky enough to get an early copy of their new album, Sheer Luxury (yes, I’m gloating). Lucky for you, you can listen to it online.
